Do you love what you do? For me the best part of going to work is to see my girls (the staff) and my patients. I’ve always wanted to work in a place where I can develop relationships with the families I see, to see their kids grow, to hear about their trips, listen to their stories and be there for them. In a sense I guess I love the community we have created. One of my hygenist repeatedly says it’s so nice working here, the patients come for a visit instead of an appointment.
Point being make sure wherever you work it’s a place you love coming back to ❤️. .
