✅ Purchase a sensitive toothpaste.
Any type of sensitive toothpaste works just have to find one that works for you. Ex. Sensodyne, Colgate sensitive or crest sensitive. Just make sure it doesn’t have a whitening ingredient in it, usually says on the box. .
✅ Start using this toothpaste instead of your regular toothpaste. .
✅ Take a very small amount of the toothpaste and with your finger place it on the area of the tooth that you feel is causing the sensitivity. Usually it’s the cheek side of the tooth along the gum line. You can let this sit on your tooth overnight.
You should see improvement in as little as 2-3 days but sometimes it will take 2-3 weeks depending on how consistently you’re brushing with the toothpaste and how sensitive your teeth are.

I have pretty sensitive teeth like my personality lol but the one I’ve found has worked for me and I love is Colgate sensitive.
